How to I extract the .ISO from the file I downloaded?

I'm having an issues with extracting a file for my PPSSPP. I downloaded the file but when I go to extract it from WinRAR, the file does not give up the ISO, it just makes an exact copy of the file I downloaded.

Some PSP game ROMs come in zipped folders, which oftentimes unzip into another folder. When you see the unzipped folder appear on your desktop, open it: you'll find the ISO file inside. Once you've found the file, click-and-drag the .ISO to wherever you want to store your PSP game ROMs on your computer so you can easily find it. Once you've placed the file where you want it, follow the rest of the steps in the great VisiHow article below to learn how to run the PPSSPP emulator with the ROM you downloaded to play your PSP games on your PC. If you cannot find the .ISO in the ROM you downloaded, you may want to download the ROM again from another source. Try CoolROM or Emuparadise to get a better ROM.
