I follow all the steps to move images from the Gallery app to the SD card, but nothing appears to get moved to the SD card. Am I missing a step here?

Also, I cannot find the Gallery images when I connect my computer to the SG S4 via USB. Tried to download Kies, but it also doesn't seem to work. Is there software that I need to access file and images on the phone?

Followed directions for moving files?

Phone is supposed to show a list of folders on the SD card to choose from to move the files to. I created a music folder. Moved some of the music files to it. Now when I try to move more, it does not show the list of folders anymore, just a blank screen with the option to create a new folder. If I try to create a new folder named music, it says it already exists. Is there a limit as to how much data can be moved into a folder? Do I have to create a Music2 folder and so on?
