Your phone should now allow you to access the power button menu. In cases where uninstalling the newest application does not work, most users have had to contact Samsung's customer support service to schedule a repair or replacement for their devices, as their power buttons have broken. Depending on your warranty status, Samsung may repair or replace your phone for free.
