To Factory Reset your Tablet, do the following:

1. Turn off the Tablet

2. Press and hold any of these combinations till it powers on.

    Volume Up and Down+Power
    Volume Down+Power
    Home+Power

3. Once the Tablet powers up use volume keys to navigate through the menu and find Factory Reset option. Select the Factory Reset option with the power key most likely and allow the phone time to reset. A warning though, you will lose all data on the phone you previously had.

Yes, on your device you have the option of either performing a Hard Reset on the device or using your Gmail account information so that you will be able to gain access to the device without having to perform a Hard Reset this losing all of your information:

Nothing is working when I try to reset my Tablet?

I tried everything to reset my Tablet. Can you help me please?

If you tried resetting your locked Android Tablet using traditional ways to recover or reset (Google account recovery or pressing the Tablet's keys) but failed, I suggest to try the new method of resetting an Android Tablet using the Android Multi Tools program. The Android Multi Tools program is an indispensable tool and a newly discovered method in resetting almost any kinds of Android devices like Android phones or Android tablets (it also works for local brands).

I locked my iRola DX752 and I can not figure what is needed to unlock it?

My iRola DX752 is locked. Can you help me unlock it?

The iRola Tablet, like the Digital2 tab series, is a budget device. It uses a somewhat different set of Android protocols, but can usually be unlocked by following the same steps as any other Android device, like a Samsung Galaxy Tab, or a Motorola Droid X. You can find steps to unlock your iRola DX752 in our main guide. You can also use this guide to use alternate unlocking methods.

I bought AMPE A10 Tab but after 6 month it stopped charging and not starting also?

What should I do, with my AMPE A10 Tablet

If your Tablet is not charging, then it will not be able to start, because the battery will have no charge to power the device. You can try to use a new charger to see if that powers on the device, or a different charging cable. If this does not work, then you will need to take your AMPE A10 to an authorized service center, or a mobile phone and Tablet repair shop to have it fixed. Most likely it is just a bad cable, or a bad charging port, which should not be too expensive to repair.

Cannot access Nexus 9 after factory reset?

Factory reset my Nexus 9 because it was beginning to play up. I have not yet done the latest Android update on the device and think it is running Marshmallow(?). After reset I am being asked to sign in with details of Google account that was previously synced to the device. I must be getting these details wrong because when I enter them they are being rejected. I have tried every combination of Google email and password that I have in my records but none of them work. I know my email addresses are correct (and Google confirms this) so it must be the password that is causing the problem. I have tried resetting the passwords but did not work. I have also tried setting up a new account but of course that does not work either. Any ideas How can I start using my tablet again? There is no data on the device which I am afraid of loosing.. Thanks.
