Galaxy S4 tethering hotspot, Windows on Laptop will not connect keeps failing?

Hi I have just set up my hotspot tethering on my Galaxy S4 and it showed up on my Laptop with excellent signal and all yet every time I try to connect it keeps saying over and over "Windows failed to connect" please help!

You're likely having an issue with your firewall. On your PC, disable your firewall and see if that is the culprit. You should be able to make an exception in the firewall settings to allow your PC to connect while the firewall is up.
