To enable the voice-to-text feature on your AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4, do the following:

  • Download and install the Google Keyboard by clicking this link on your Galaxy S4.
  • Make it your default keyboard by going into your Settings app, tapping the Controls tab, tapping the Language and input panel, and checking the Google Keyboard and Google voice typing boxes.
  • Now when you bring up your keyboard, just tap the microphone and you'll be able to talk-to-type with your phone.

I have tried: I have tried switching off my phone but now it is not accepting my pin when I try to put my pin, it is just talking back, telling me full stop.
