Sometimes when you disable a setting, there can be another app or other event notification that can be causing this problem, in which case you may want to turn off all of your notification sounds. Since you have already tried to disable 'Email notifications' on your Samsung GS4, and the notification sound still is working, follow these easy steps to mute the notifications in your Samsung Smartphone:

Turning off the bicycle bell sound in Samsung Galaxy Ace 4?

I use my Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 only for voice and text. Just in the last couple of days, the bicycle bell sound has been ringing several times a minute, far more often than could be explained by email (which isn't set up on the phone anyway). I have tried removing and re installing the battery and turning off notification sounds, to no avail. Any ideas, please?. Thank you!. Dallas. Suggested solutions have not worked
