Yes, I do have knowledge of doing this being that I also own an S4 which I use to record videos to be placed on my Laptop. By using the steps below you will be able to transfer your video files to your device successfully.

-Plug your device up to your Laptop using a USB chord

-Upon plugging your device up slide the notification bar down in order to select the option to use as media

-A pop up will appear on your computer from your S4

-Tap on open files and folders

-Go to DCIM

-Locate the files you wish to transfer

-Drag the files from the folder to your laptops desktop to be able to copy the files from the device to the your Laptop
