I have a Samsung phone, the GT-S6310L, have in an SD card but cannot seem to be able to transfer my music, pics etc to the SD card. Went into the systems and saw this so, thought it might be the way to transfer the information but, decided to check first. Can you help? Not only about encryption but "how do I transfer all info to my SD card?"?

Would like to know how do I transfer all the information on my phone to my SD card. Although I have an SD card in my phone, I am unable to access a number of things on my phone because it tells me "not enough storage space." whilst going through my phone, again, I decided to try the encryption but, not knowing exactly what encryption meant, I decided to check. Not really interested in encryption but just want to transfer all data to my SD card. Thanks. I have tried: I have tried everything. Even to the point of consulting people who profess to be good with computers but, to no avail. I think it was caused by: Perhaps I might have started to use the phone before I bought the SD card. Have the phone about a year, bought the SD card about 4 to 5 days after I started using the phone
