How do I spy on my mom's phone without her knowing?

My mom has been doing a lot of under the table things for many years and in order to get the evidence I need information off her phone. I'm sorry it's not much detail, but can you help?

First, look up the laws for monitoring someone's device with a spy app where you reside. Know that if you want to use this as legal evidence, it may not be accepted by the court. Secondly, if you can get physical access to her device you can install a Spy App it will only show future content. If you can get access to her phone, you could take screenshots and then text them to yourself. Just make sure to delete those sent texts and screenshots.
