How do I reset my Samsung Galaxy S4 using my Gmail account?

I forgot my phone password and I only know my Gmail account information.

If you have an internet connection, and know your Gmail account information, you will not need to reset your Samsung Galaxy S4. Instead, you can use the Google Account Recovery tool. Simply follow the link, and once there, enter in the information Google asks you to provide. Once Google confirms that you are the account owner, your password will be remotely reset. From there, you will need to enter in a new password, and then your device access will be restored.

In the event you do not have internet access, or still want to perform a factory reset, follow the link provided, and complete the steps in that guide to reset your GS4 to a factory default state. Keep in mind that you will lose all information stored on the device. It's also a good idea to remove your SD card, or back up that data.

How to reset my Galaxy high copy 3?

I forgot my pattern.....would you help me on how to do it? thanks

Try to access the device using Google Accounts Recovery first before you hard reset. If you still can't access the device then you can hard reset. You will definitely want to try the Google Account Authority method because hard resetting the high copy 3 causes issues because it is a clone.

How to reset Note3 without losing contacts only?

How to reset Note3 without losing contacts only

Transfer your contacts to your PC using Kies. This way you can install again with Kies after the hard reset. If your phone is unlocked and you are hard resetting for another reason, you can back up your contacts through the Google Settings app also. Kies is the most reliable method though because once they are on your PC you can leave them there for future use should you have to hard reset again.

Try to hard reset the Note again and see if that fixes the boot loop. If it does not then you will have to find Stock ROM for the Note 1 and flash the firmware on the device. It will operate like a new phone once you do this.

My mobile Samsung Note2 got hangup (no functions of its key) after its factory reset?

I did a mobile factory reset because many apps are held up in my mobile, because after factory setting I forgot clear select option in setting...which was allow downloading of apps other than play store, due to which many apps are stored in my mobile, now its like a dead phone.

Hard Reset the Note2 again. Uncheck the allow from unknown sources option first. Once you have hard reset a second time see how the phone does. If you have several apps running all the time in the background, no matter what you do, your phone will be slow. Install an app killer in Google Play or an app manager to manage when your apps check for updates. Whatever apps you do not regularly use daily, force stop them in the Applications Manager in Settings.

I want to reset my phone because it cannot search on Play store, it cannot search a video on YouTube, and it is Korean made Samsung S2. and the version is 2.3.6 which I know is an old version. How can I do it? Without losing any data.. I have tried: I tried to turn on and off the phone. Taking the battery out and the SIM card but it is still the same.

First, go into the Recovery Mode by following the instructions on how to hard reset in the VisiHow article on this page. Instead of hard resetting, choose wipe cache partition. See if this solves your issue. You will have to log into the apps. Next if you still can search, then uninstall and reinstall YouTube but for the installation you will have to search in the Google Play on the PC and then remote install. See if that resolves your issue.
