How do I reset a digital 2 Tablet?

Just bought it for our daughter and she put password on it and locked herself out. It only has a power button

The power button + volume key will be the only buttons you need to press and hold to perform the Factory Reset on the device. Use this button combination to reset the device in order to gain access back to your device. Also you may try the combination of power button + reset button on the bottom of the device to reset the device properly.

Once you choose to do factory data reset, all the custom or personal settings will go back its factory default settings.

I slept off while my tab was on.when I charged it up ,it got stuck on the name cannot boot up as it used to.what do I do?

Digital2,Tablet 10.1" how can I turn it on?

You just need to press the power button for a long time so that it would restart the system completely. This is equivalent to a computer that gets stuck along the way. You need to turn off your device for a while and then turn it back on when you think it has fully restarted. Leaving it on may have caused the system to freeze for a while and this is not a major problem.

Power doesn't turn on sir what could it possibly be?

I've charged it overnight and still no juice

If your Digital2 D2 Tablet isn't powering on, this is likely an issue with either the battery or the device itself. Sometimes holding and pressing on your device around the power button can cause a failing connection to work. In this case, holding around the port, and pressing the power button will cause it to come on. This is a solution that works even on flagship devices, like the Samsung Galaxy Note3, and even Google Nexus tablets.

For your Digital2 D2 tab,to troubleshoot, you will need to check whether the battery is working or not. This is something you can only do by replacing the battery with another one. One way you can do this is by taking your D2 tab to a shop, and telling them you think you need a new battery. Then, when they plug in a new battery, if your Tablet works, you can eliminate the battery as the source of your problem.

However, if the battery does not work, then you will need to make sure that the USB port for charging your device is working. The repair shop should be able to test this for very little ($10 to $15 in most cases). However, if it is a bad USB port, many times the cost of replacing a D2 Tab is less than repairing it.

My pad has a wrong time on it and is in military time. I have put in the right location (Eastern) but time is not correct. How do I get it right?

After putting in time zone, time changed but is 3 hours off? It is also in military time (24 hundred). There is nothing in the owner's manual to help with this issue. I have tried: Everything I knew to do, except call factory. Hope you can help with this situation. I think it was caused by: Glitch in the system preventing it from showing the correct time.
