Stop email notification showing on my car screen?

I have started rcvg email notification on my car screen. never used to so must of hit something on my phone by mistake...but what?. I have tried: Tried to find within the phone, also within the car, but no joy. I think it was caused by: Me! I have activated something without knowing what!
