How do I grow a beard. I am 19 years old?

I am 19, but I have a very little layer of hair under my chin. How do I grow my beard? I have tried: I shaved 2-3 times, but nothing seems to work. Please suggest me some medicine. I think it was caused by: I think those are my genes

First of all, if it is your genetics, then taking medicine will not help. Look at your parents and grandparents to see if they had thick beards. Talk to them and ask at what age it started to grow for them. However, that does not guarantee that you will not have recessive features from earlier ancestors who had no beards. Your solution is a protein- and water-rich diet, enough of sleep, and physical exercise that promotes blood circulation. You can take a biotin supplement and vitamins along with your daily meals. It can also be that the beard will start growing in the nearest few years. Avoid shaving until you see your beard growing more profusely. Do not forget to follow the advice from the article!
