How do I get my iRULU tablet out of 'safe mode' without erasing everything that I downloaded on it?

How can I get this tablet out of safe e mode without erasing all of the apps that I downloaded to it? I do not want to take a chance pushing 'factory reset' if it is going to erase the apps that I downloaded earlier. I have tried: Using the rebut and power off options. I also went into the settings and tried. For some reason I have to use two fingers when selecting any features. I think it was caused by: Something that I accidentally pressed on the 'settings' screen
