How do I forward port 80 to an unused IP address?

An Avast Home Network Security Scan says my Netgear WNDR3700v4 is accessible from the Internet. I have the latest firmware, V1.0.3.80. Avast is suggesting to forward port 80 to an unused IP address. Each time I try to insert an unused IP address it says: The port is being used by other configurations. Thank for your time. Sincerely, DNA

I don't know the IP address of my device. It's a Foscam camera, so I am unable to add this in the port forwarding section
