How do I flash itel 1353 phone when I have forgotten my unlock password?
I don't know how to flash the phone because I have forgotten my unlock password. I have tried: I have tried pressing the power key and volume key together but I am not seeing what is similar to it. I think it was caused by: Because I don't remember my unlock password
After 5 attempts of the wrong password, you will see Forgot Password. Click this and use your Google Account associated with the device. To hard reset the itel 1353:
- 1Turn off your itel 1353.
- 2Press and hold down the Volume Up button for 15 to 20 seconds.
- 3Now add holding down the Power button.
- 4Release both buttons when the phone turns on.
You may have to attempt this several times before the phone enters the Recovery Menu.

You would have to hard reset the phone to not use the password. Also, newer phones with Lollipop or Marshmallow OS require you to still input the last Google Account associated with the device even after a hard reset. There is a way to bypass Google on most phones and you can see YouTube videos on how to do so but still, it is not simple. Plus you will lose all of your data. Using ADB tools to unlock for instance, only works if you have ADB preloaded on the phone and your USB debugging in enabled from within Developer Tools. You can't access this if your phone is locked with a password. Some software claims to still unlock the phone however many end up bricking their phones when they try this.

Use your Google Account to access the phone. After 5 incorrect attempts, Forgot Pattern will appear and you will be able to click that and use your Google Account.
