To access your Samsung Galaxy S4's Task Manager, simply press and hold your Home button. When the multitasking menu appears, press the pie chart in the lower left-hand corner of your screen to access the Task Manager. Alternatively, if you just want to quickly close all applications, you can tap the button in the lower right-hand corner.

My new Samsung Galaxy 4 did not fully charge in 24 hours. Defective or old battery?

My husband bought this phone from eBay It was advertised as new in box and appeared to be. While waiting for SIM card from Consumer Cellular, I charge the phone for 24 hours. The battery did not charge fully, but reached 84%. Last night with phone off it charged to only 75%, bad battery?. I have tried: Nothing else. What should I be trying? This is my first smart phone and I am old and not tech savvy.. I think it was caused by: I have no idea.
