I've tried all combination of your website to reset it, but nothing worked. I have tried: Yes around 15 to 20 hour on it. You may have bricked your tablet during the process. This is why there are warnings before you install ROM and why manufacturers void warranties. When the tablet was doing the boot loop it was searching for the operating system.

Sit down with your son at the PC and go to Google Accounts Recovery. This will help him recover the Google Account credentials. Otherwise, follow the combo at the top of this page if your tablet is the 7 inch model. Also, there is a pinhole that you can push a pin in to begin the hard reset process.

Tablet will not reset, it will go into safe mode

You did not list what type of tablet you have. Sometimes you are pressing the buttons too long or not long enough. Other times you need to click Power once when the Android on his back appears so that you can enter into the Recovery menu.

How do I get my iRULU tablet Android 4.4.2 working after it crashed?

I have tried all the combination for factory reset but it's not starting even after it should that the tab has been formatted

You probably bricked the device when you tried to format. Let the battery completely drain and then connect the charger. You will have to install LiveSuite on your PC for a tablet like an iRULU then try to unbrick it so that you can attempt again to install new firmware.
