How to disable TalkBack feature on my Samsung Galaxy A5?

I accidentally turned the TalkBack feature on and now I don't know how to turn it off. I read the article here, on how to turn the TalkBack feature off, but it didn't work for me. It says that I should look for the 'TalkBack' feature under the 'services' section in 'accessibility' but, I can't find any kind of service (active) there. There's nothing mentioned under the 'services' tab. What do I do now?

In attempting to 'disable' TalkBack mode I cannot enter the password. Galaxy merely repeats the password and done. Can you help?

I have rebooted including removing battery several times, I have entered password using double taps. I have pressed the 'home' button repeatedly upon start up. Password problem persists. I've no idea how it got in TalkBack mode except I had my Note3 in my pocket so there is no telling what buttons might have inadvertently pressed.. I have tried: Rebooting, removing battery, 4-5 tapping home button on start up several times, double tapping the password.. I think it was caused by: With phone and hand in pocket I must have, inadvertently, pressed an indeterminate series of buttons.
