How do I charge my Samsung Galaxy S4 while in Europe where the electric current is different from the US?

I know I can plug the USB connector into a computer to charge the phone.. . However, if a computer is not available, can I simply plug the phone into the wall with an adapter or do I also need a current converter?. I have tried: Traveling to Europe soon.. I think it was caused by: No problem, just need some guidance.

What mAh external power pack should I buy to charge my Samsung Galaxy S4 active phone with?

It has a 2600mAh li-ion battery. I understand the higher the mAh the faster the charging rate, but if its too high it may ruin the battery or phone, or catch on fire.. I have tried: Nothing. I think it was caused by: I don't know enough.
