How can I bypass the Google account verification screen on my Acer Iconia one 8 tablet that I do not have the previous owner's Google account information for?

I recently bought an acer Iconia one 8 tablet from a friend who had gotten it from his grandmother, who gave it to him to see if he could figure out what to do because she had forgotten her Google account information (both the email and password) for said table and proceeded to take the advice of a friend to perform a factory reset on it. Now when you turn it on it asks for the very same info that she forgot in the first place! I've spent several hours now googling what to do and that is how I came across your page, please help us. My situation differs from the article in that I absolutely do not have access to the previous owners account information, as the owner herself had lost this info some time ago. I have tried: YouTube videos on how to bypass the verification screen. I think it was caused by: Performing a hard reset without having the primary Google account info to verify that the tablet wasn't stolen
