How can I overcome my face pitting? #4?

Unfortunately, pitted scars are difficult to remove. The best advice is to exfoliate fairly frequently and to try using collagen-enhancing cream to promote skin health. If you've got the means and the desire, surgical intervention would probably be the best bet for long-term results. Skin grafts, laser treatments, and chemical peels, though they all have their risks, are more likely to offer a permanent solution than the above topical treatments.
