How to change my phone number in S3 status?
You cannot change your phone number on your Galaxy S3 by yourself. Your phone number is assigned by your carrier and they do not allow you to change it yourself. If you want to change your number, you will need to call your carrier or switch to another one.
Some person stole my Galaxy S3. What must I do?
Some person stole my Galaxy S3. What must I do
Your first action is tracking the smartphone, locking it, and erasing its contents before it is too late. To do so, visit either the Android Device Manager Web site and log in with your Google credentials or the Find My Mobile Web site and log in with your Samsung credentials. Locate your mobile on the map on these Web sites and click the "Lock" button to lock the screen. You may also wipe data remotely by clicking "Wipe my mobile" or "Erase".
Call the carrier to block the SIM card and report that your smartphone has been stolen. For smartphones locked to the carrier, it will be very helpful, as the carrier will have more information about the missing smartphone.
The third action is reporting to the police quickly with the last whereabouts of your S3. Do not attempt to go to find the smartphone alone if you have located it. If you have not found the smartphone on the map, then report the serial, model, and IMEI numbers of your smartphone. If you have none of these, then you will need to name some features that will help to locate the smartphone (e.g. chipped corners, cracked screen, or scratched button). Please be warned that in some countries, the police may not wish to take up such a case; but do not let that deter you from calling the police and filing a report.
