How to enable my files from pen drive after deleting .lnk shortcut?

When I plug in my USB pen drive in my PC I find a shortcut named of my pendrivename.lnk and all files are going to it. When I deleted that .lnk file using CMD, it got deleted successfully but I can't find any single file in my USB. However, my USB shows full of memory space.
