How can I troubleshoot a dead motherboard after it got a blue screen of death?

My problem is; before my Mobile got dead, it got a blue screen of death, what I did first was to restart it many times and after several restart it booted, but unfortunately the BSOD message appeared again. I tried safe mode and it functioned well. But lately I tried to set it in normal mode, and there goes the blue screen again. After that, my PC did not boot at all (before it happened, it always displays "BOOTMGR is corrupt") after the "not booting case" I tried removing the RAM, video card and nothing happened. I even tried removing the CMOS battery for about 5 minutes and still nothing happened, and one more thing! I noticed that my Mobile had two swelling capacitors near the CPU fan. Your help is really a blessing, thank you in advance !
