Tried the cmd method and ran a scan?

I ran a full scan of my pd after regaining the hidden files. Some viruses were found but I deleted them. Now, when I reinsert my pd, it happens again.... I have tried: The cmd method "attrib -h -r -s /s /d" and antivirus scan. I think it was caused by: A pen drive I borrowed from a friend had the same problem, my pd got sick after I inserted them both together
