If the Google account that is associated with your tablet is not yours, you will need to contact the person whose Google account it is so that they can help you unlock your tablet. If you cannot contact the Google account holder, there is nothing you can do aside from performing a Factory Reset. This process will remove all of your tablet's data; however, it's the only way you can unlock your tablet at this point. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset on your Android tablet, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow guide. After the reset is complete, be sure to log your device into your own Google account to which you know the password. In addition, write down the password you choose so you don't have to perform a Factory Reset in the future should you forget it again.
