How can I get rid of a warning about my battery being damaged?

This pops up every time I try to open Google Chrome and even when I want to read my text messages. It says I've used illegal apps (I haven't). I've tried various suggestions but nothing works ..now I can't get an internet connection with Chrome -it just blocks on the web address of the malware or spyware = "trk.readergo.org/"
