How can I get my phone to stop saying its been reported lost or stolen which it was lost?

So,I bought my phone 4 weeks ago and the 1st week I had it then, I lost it so I reported it being lost. 3 weeks later, I found it and, I turned it on and, it said that I reported it at Aaron's which I did and,so I reset it and it said the same thing. I need to know how to get it to stop popping up on my Samsung Galaxy S5.. I have tried: Resetting it.. I think it was caused by: I have no idea.

My Phone is acting very weird?

It locked me out and said to put in backup password, but I don't have one. That is my only option .
