How to format private mode on Galaxy S5 for when I urn it on, it appears empty?

I have already added some pictures of my family in private mode, later I have deleted all of them but now since I am connecting my Galaxy to laptop the drive still shows up full even though there is nothing on private mode, so please let me know how to format the private mode drive or how to make it empty. How to format private mode through computer or by itself? I have tried: I deleted all the items which was in private mode but, it still shows full drive in my computer while I am connecting my Galaxy S5 to my PC. I think it was caused by: I do not think anything about it, this is the problem of company, why I can not format or restore my private drive in Galaxy S5?
