How can I change my email and password when I need it to log into my phone and I don't know my email and password?

I forgot my password to my LG phone. It says I need to log into my email to get into my phone. But I don't know my username or password. please HELP!!!!!

Don't ask me without a password in Facebook?

Now my phone is not with me so don't ask me to get any message from my phone. I have tried: Because I am not in my home and I want to get Facebook. I think it was caused by: It is to safety of my information!
