I was wondering if I can get contacts text messages off my SIM cards?

I have Tracphones, Disabled so free, that are blocked, or broken, I was wondering if I could get the data off the SIM cards. Samsung 150 old phones, I have one that hooks to computer, but I don't know where to find text messages? I have tried: Hooking it up. I did backup on one of them. Android? I don't even know what to look for to see the text messages or where.. I think it was caused by: I broke two of them. Others just are old.

Hi Jerry. My device is Samsung A5. I've tried to manage this problem with a couple software, but any of it could help, because my device A5 wasn't in the device list... I have a black screen, and I want to extract all data to my PC. How can I do it?
