Questions and Answers

I have a Galaxy S4 and uploaded my music to Google Play with Music Manager but then I deleted by mistake and un-deleted tracks, but they are not on my phone now like before in offline mode. How do I reset the whole upload list?

I uploaded 3,800 tunes through Music Manager and played offline well, but then deleted by mistake and un-deleted all of them hoping it would work again. Music Manager says 3,800 songs are uploaded, but I only have 1,200 uploaded and want the others I deleted by mistake to work offline, thank you.

If you deleted them from your Google Play Music collection, you will, unfortunately, have to re-upload the 2,600 other songs that were deleted and then re-download them onto your phone to listen to them while Google Play Music is in offline mode.

Disappearing newly downloaded music?

Recently, all my newly downloaded music (past 2 weeks) are not present in the music folder on my Samsung S4 phone. These tracks are not even listed in the recently added playlist and not even in the songs playlist. I have searched my phone for those music tracks, but all efforts are in vain. I have just downloaded another song, I can play it from the download folder, but somehow it does not appear in any section in the music folder like it used to appear. Please let me know if you could help me out here.
