Yes, you can connect your Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 to a projector and mirror the tablet's screen. You will need to connect your tablet to the projector using an MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) cable. There are a number of MHL cables that are available for your Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, including the official Samsung adapter and cheaper, third-party cables. However, you will need to make sure that the projector you're going to use has an HDMI port, since these cables all connect via HDMI. If your projector does not have an HDMI port, you will need to do a Google search for your projector model so you can find out what types of ports it does have. Simply search for "[your projector model] ports" and find the names of the ports. Then, search Google for "[name of port] to HDMI adapter" to find an adapter you can use to circumvent the need for an HDMI port on your projector. You will still need an HDMI cable, though. Once you've got all of that set up, you can purchase the MHL cable for your Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Here's a list of some cables that will allow you to connect your tablet to your projector to mirror its screen:

Hello. I own a Samsung Tab 3 7.0 and have trouble with the screen mirroring?

I have the screen mirroring feature on my tablet and use to be able to connect to the TV without any problems. After several months of not using the feature, I get a notice saying "failure to connect". Does it have anything to do with the updates? Thanks

The Lollipop OS update has everything to do with it. Most devices lost the ability to Screen Mirror with TV's that were not Samsung Smart TVs. They changed the Allshare/Screen Mirroring to Samsung Link. The way to get around this is to get a direct connect cable or try the patch app for Screen Mirroring that Samsung put in Google Play. You can also try the Samsung Smart View app. If these fail then put your tablet into Recovery Mode and Wipe Cache Partition. Sometimes old cache is let from the previous version that blocks the new OS from working properly so even apps or new connections will not fix the problem.

Can I view what my son is doing on my iPhone to a Samsung tab 3?

I am curious what my son is watching or viewing on his tab 3. I am always working and I want to see what he is watching live from my PC or phone. Is that app that can clone screen by Accounts?

You can do an app like Screenshare the issue is he would know he was sharing and could disable the app. You could put a spy app on his tablet and then check the Control Panel. Apps like FlexiSpy are good for monitoring secretly in the background. You can also get a Parental Control app but once again if he is older than 8, he will figure a work around rapidly.

Screen mirroring S3 to LG TV. tablet to TV connects but screen doesn't mirror

You may not be using the proper cables for the Samsung to stream on the LG TV. Make sure that you are connected to the same WiFi with both devices. A Chromecast can help you make your LG like a Samsung Smart TV using Samsung Link and you should consider that because the device is not expensive.
