Hi My HKC Tab model P774A-PK is frozen?
I've tried resetting it, powering it OFF many times but still on intro screen. When I got it the other day, it at least let me get to the Android screen and set up WiFi. Then the problem got worse. Thanks!
If by intro screen you mean the HKC or Android logos, then you are stuck in what's called a boot loop. You will need to try to Factory Reset it by following the VisiHow guide below. If you can't perform a Factory Reset because the device won't let your or because your Tablet has a different combination of buttons, you will need to call HKC's customer service to learn how to reset your specific Tablet or set up a replacement device, as your problem sounds like a defective component inside your Tablet since it happened so quickly after you purchased the device.
