This remedy can help you to grow thicker and longer hair (though various medical conditions can prevent hair growth: consult your therapist or trichologist for that), as hair growth is stimulated by nicotinic acid and proteins contained within methi seeds and by vitamins and fatty acids in the coconut oil. Applying methi seeds soaked in coconut oil can be effective if applied only for one hour too. With hair follicle being stronger on average, the hair will look slightly thicker. To further promote hair growth, you can take dietary supplements like Hair Essentials Natural Growth Supplement, hair lotions like Glytone Ducray Anastim (cruelty-free), and applying other scalp masks like burdock oil mixed with red pepper or nettle.

I have dry hair and lot of split ends, can you suggest me some home made oil that can promote hair growth, I want to have long healthy hair?

I tried mixing Shikakai with coconut oil, but after the whole process I didn't see any color change in that mixture not even sure if the oil has absorbed the herbs or not, I have dry hair with lots of split ends and some white hair as well, can you please suggest some homemade oil that can reduce the split end and promote the length of my hair.
