Hi, how can I unlock my Samsung Note4 after forgetting my back up password for the thumb print lock functionality?

I recently activated my thumbprint phone lock functionality, but forgot to change my back up password. Now I have forgotten the back up password and cannot unlock the phone. Please advise me, on how can I unlock it without losing all the information I have stored on the phone. Thanks.. I have tried: I have tried to remember the back up password in vain!. I think it was caused by: I forgot the back up password, that's all.

How do I reset my backup password on my fingerprint login. I'm using Samsung Note4?

I changed my screen lock password then I tried to use the fingerprint option. It stored the old password. How do I change it. I have tried: Tried resetting. I think it was caused by: Don't know!
