How long does it take chickenpox scar to disappear from 1 to 16 year old?

I had chickenpox when I was a toddler and it was itchy, so I scratched it and it left some scars on my face and body. Ever since, I still had the scar and wish they were completely gone, and I just wish I could have a beautiful and smooth skin one day. So I hope you could help me or give me an advise to find a way to get rid of these chickenpox scar.
