Questions and Answers

Hi, I would like to disable TalkBack on my S4?

I cannot seem to be able to scroll down to access the accessibility Tab

As you follow the VisiHow guide below on how to turn TalkBack mode off on your Samsung Galaxy S4, remember that every tap requires a second confirmation tap; and that scrolling through pages requires that you use two fingers instead of just one. This is a feature of TalkBack mode designed to help people with visual impairments navigate their phones without making accidental taps and swipes. You'll have to use these modified touch gestures until you make it to the TalkBack setting and you turn it off; after you've turned it off, you will be able to use your phone normally.

I don't see my device in settings?

Google told me to go to settings and double tap "My Device". I don't see it. I have tried: The phone is in TalkBack mode - I want to turn it off - I don't even know how it got turned on!
