Questions and Answers

Hi! I would appreciate some guidance. My phone shows a screen with the words "Enter your PIN or password to use the encrypted device memory"

This appeared for the first time after two events: (1) My company requested that we pin a six-digit PIN on the device (2) I shutdown the phone a few days later. It had worked fine for several days with the PIN. The six-digit PIN does not open the phone; the 4-digit PIN I used immediately before the six-digit does not open the phone.
