Help me to fix my Android tablet?
My Android tablet PC hangs on the Android logo.
If your Android tablet PC hangs on the Android logo when it is booting up, it means that your device is caught in what's known as a boot loop. As its name implies, a boot loop is when your device loops from on to off while never fully booting up. The only way to fix a boot loop is to perform a Factory Reset. While a Factory Reset will wipe all of your tablet's data, it's the only way you can fix the boot loop. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow article.
If your tablet is unable to complete the Factory Reset, or if the Factory Reset doesn't take care of your issue, you will need to call the manufacturer of your tablet to schedule a repair. A Factory Reset will only fix software problems; and if performing one doesn't resolve your issues, it means that your tablet is suffering from a hardware malfunction. If your tablet is under warranty, and you didn't do anything to cause the boot loop, you will not have to pay for the repair. However, if your tablet is out of warranty, or if you caused the damage, you will have to pay.
