You need to contact the seller as soon as possible: he or she needs to tell you the first used account on the smartphone in order for you to overcome the anti-theft feature. If he cannot do that, then you have to ask the proof of purchase from the seller so that you can contact the service center of the smartphone manufacturer in order to remove the Google e-mail verification. If nothing is provided, then you will need to contact the seller for a refund or find a security hole on your current version of Android and smartphone model that may help you trick the smartphone into removing the protection.

I am locked out of my LG Tribute 2 after a reset?

My brother gave me this phone and it requires that I put in his old Google account after I reset it because he wouldn't give me his password. I do not have his Google account because he doesn't remember it

I own a ZTE zmax 2 AT&T its stuck on sign in mode?

I've owned it for 8 months, all of a sudden it says it was hard reset/ I'm not sure how! Now it wants my Google account and password I've put it in 30 times, my Google account sees it, says its new, yet my phone won't accept my account. Keeps taking me back to sign in, I don't know what to do. I have tried: Everything, in my Google account it says it sees new phone, I've set up a new password, put new info in, yet it still takes me back to the Google sign in. Don't want to master reset again. I think it was caused by: Either I'm dumb and hit something or someone tried to steal it, couldn't do it and put it back or phone is just messing up, I'm stuck thinking

I need to unlock my LG ULTIMATE 2 LG L41C TRAKFONE?

For starters, I HATE Google, so much so that I asked my daughter to reset it, my phone, to the factory default setting. My fault. My phone works and I was able to open up a wall-mart app in Wal-Mart and set up a game without using Google play because I can't open that or my TracFone account because I'm told by the phone that it can't access the internet. Bah humbug! I'm connected to you, I think, and my phone is right here. Can you help me?. I have tried: Everything my little quick start guide told me to do. Hasn't Google ever heard of forgot my password?. I think it was caused by: If I were superstitious (?) I'd say Google knows my feelings, but my frustration with Google's over intrusiveness caused me to have my daughter reset it. My bad.
