Questions and Answers

Hello I have a problem with my S4, I made a new Google account because it stopped but now I have 2 accounts and still can not download any application. Thanks in advance.

How to resolve it? I have no idea. Should I cancel my old account?

If you don't use your old Google account anymore, deleting it may help to solve your issue. Still, it is strange that your Samsung Galaxy S4 isn't downloading applications. You may need to perform a Factory Reset on your device so it can fix all of its software and, by extension, your app downloading problem. Follow this guide to learn how to perform a Factory Reset so your phone can download applications. Note that this process removes all data from the phone.
