How can I recover my D-Link dir 600m router?

I upgraded my router after I can't access D-Link default page & also it is now working . now I want to use my original firmware but I can't do this through D-Link manual update. now I need to find another way. I have tried: Reset my router. I think it was caused by: Due to upgrading
