HTM T9500- how can I make it work right?
Unable to look at Facebook or anything everything keeps saying that the app has failed. SO I just tried a Factory Reset and well I hope that this has worked.
Factory resets tend to be able to solve issues of apps not working the way they should, so it's likely that your T9500 will be set straight after the reset. This, of course, is in the case that it is an OS issue that had caused the malfunction. You should also keep in mind that you'll need to reinstall all of your apps after a Factory Reset, and any data that isn't backed up will be deleted permanently.
There's always the chance that it is a hardware issue that is at play, in which case a Factory Reset won't help. If the issue persists, you should take your HTM device in to your carrier or the place of purchase for assistance in solving the problem.
