Hi, I have a Piranha Ultra II Tab 7.0 . Can you help me?

It was working when I charged it and then it went dead after a while of using. I then charged it for 2 full hours and turned it on. The logo stayed on the screen for like 5 minutes and then turned off. It won't turn back on instead it just lights up and turns off.. I have tried: I tried charging it like 6 times over and over again and I tried turning it off and on.. I think it was caused by: I have no idea my sister gave it to me and she only used it like 2 times
