Questions and Answers

I'm changing to S5 from iPhone. How do I back up my S5 as I did with iTunes?

I want to back up all data such as music, pictures, and contacts.

In order to back up data with Samsung smartphones, you will need either Smart Switch. If Smart Switch refuses to recognize your smartphone, then use Kies. In order to back up data in Smart Switch, plug your smartphone to your computer with the original USB cable, and install the USB driver. Open Smart Switch, click "Backup", choose what you want to back up, and click "Confirm". If you are using Kies, then click "Back up/Restore". Click "Data backup". Check what you need and click "Backup".
