Getting connected to phone's WiFi to the PC?

Hi, I am using the ASUS PC Windows 10 and before I easily get connected to my phone's WiFi but nowadays I can't except getting connected by using the cable. Do you know what should be the reason.. I have tried: When I turned the hotspot on the PC I can see it but if I try to connect to it, it tells me that I can't connect to this network. I think it was caused by: Maybe I deactivated it

I reset my note4 phone and now my lap can't find my phone's hotspot?
