You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on where to view the Amazon help page in the Amazon app while using the iPhone 6.
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the lock button on the right-hand side.
Alternatively, press the home button at the bottom. This will bring up the lock screen.
Swipe right and enter the passcode.
Alternatively, press your finger onto the home button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner, if that option is enabled.
Find and tap on the Amazon icon.
The icon itself is white with "amazon" in black, with a blue shopping cart below it. This will open up the application. It will automatically take us to the home page where it offers us the most popular products, or items Amazon thinks we will be interested in.
Tap on the three horizontal gray lines in the top left corner.
This will bring up the menu.
Tap on "Help" in the final section in the menu.
Here we can choose specific categories that we might need help with.
For example, if we need help with ordering, we can tap on the "Ordering" bar.
Continue tapping options related to your question, and it brings up a step by step guide on how to do something.
Tap the gray arrow in the top left-hand corner to go back.
Alternatively, tap on the 3 horizontal gray lines in the top left-hand corner and tap "Home".
This will take us back to where we began.
This concludes the tutorial on where to find the Amazon help page on the Amazon application on the iPhone 6.
If you have any questions or comments, leave them in the section below. Thank you for watching VisiHow.
